Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle management on the teaching effect of gynecological nursing. Methods Sixty intern nurses from January 2024 to December 2024 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected and divided into the control group (conventional teaching) and the observation group (PDCA cycle management) according to the random number table method. The teaching effects were compared. Results The scores of knowledge and skills assessment, self-evaluation ability, critical thinking ability, and satisfaction of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle management can not only enrich the theoretical knowledge of intern nurses in gynecology and improve their operational skills, but also enhance their critical thinking ability and satisfaction.
