Objective To explore and analyze the application value of early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic nursing in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods From January 2023 to June 2024, Participants: 102 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in the emergency department of Ganzhou People's Hospital, divided into two groups: randomly divided into a control group (51 cases, conventional nutritional support) and an observation group (51 cases, early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic care). Compare the nutritional status, inflammatory cytokine levels, health status and incidence of complications of two groups. Results All indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support combined with holistic nursing can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients; Inflammatory cytokine levels; The health status and incidence of complications are worthy of promotion and application.
