目的 探索将人性化护理理念与ICU专业护理措施相结合,对2型糖尿病重症并发尿毒症患者并发症发生率的实际影响。方法 选取2022年3月至2024年3月晋江市医院收治的120例2型糖尿病重症尿毒症患者,利用预先定义区组法分为参照组（60例）与研究组（60例）。参照组实施ICU特殊护理方案,研究组则在参照组基础上结合人性化护理。对比两组并发症、血糖指标、心理状态及生活质量情况。结果 研究组患者的总并发症发生率低于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的血糖指标低于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者心理状态的得分均低于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者生活质量评分均优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用人性化护理与ICU专项护理相结合的方法,能高效地减少2型糖尿病重症并发尿毒症患者并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the practical impact of combining humanistic nursing concept with ICU professional nursing measures on the incidence of complications in type 2 diabetes patients with severe uremia. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes with severe uremia admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases) and the study group (60 cases) by using the pre-defined block method. The reference group implemented ICU special nursing program, and the study group combined humanistic nursing on the basis of the reference group. Complications, blood glucose index, mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The scores of psychological state in the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of humanized nursing and ICU special nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in type 2 diabetes patients with severe uremia.
