目的 评价关黄母颗粒在临床“真实世界”中治疗更年期综合征的疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析10家医院收集的1461例更年期综合征患者的临床资料,统计服用关黄母颗粒后的Kupperman评分、性激素水平（雌二醇E₂,、卵泡刺激素FSH）、B超（子宫内膜厚度、乳腺）的变化情况以及其他安全性指标,并记录不良事件。结果 治疗后患者Kupperman评分降低（P<0.01）,治疗后患者的E₂、FSH均无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、乳腺BI-RADs分级无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗期间共出现5例不良事件,经判断与关黄母颗粒相关不良反应2例。结论 关黄母颗粒用于更年期综合征疗效优异且安全性良好,对于E₂、FSH、子宫内膜、乳腺无明显影响。

Objective Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Guanhuangmu granules in the treatment of climacteric syndrome in the clinical real world. Methods Analyze the retrospective clinical data of 1461 patients with climacteric syndrome collected from 10 hospitals, and record the Kuperman score, changes in sex hormone levels (estradiol E₂, follicle-stimulating hormone FSH), ultrasound (endometrial thickness, breast), and other safety indicators after taking Guanhuangmu granules, as well as adverse events. Results After treatment, the Kuperman score of the patient decreased (P<0.01), and there were no significant changes in E₂ and FSH levels (P>0.05). There were no significant changes in endometrial thickness and breast BI RADs grading before and after treatment (P>0.05). A total of 5 adverse events occurred during the treatment period, and 2 adverse reactions were judged to be related to Guan Huangmu granules. Conclusions Guanhuangmu granules have excellent therapeutic effects and good safety for menopausal syndrome, and are effective in treating E₂,FSH. There is no significant impact on the endometrium and breast.
