光电治疗在黄褐斑治疗中的临床探讨

摘要

目的 探析黄褐斑治疗中采用光电治疗的作用。方法 选择昆山市中医医院在2023年2月至2024年1月接诊的50例黄褐斑患者,掷骰子法分为两组,各25例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗之上予以光电治疗,检查两组黄褐斑患者的治疗有效率、PL光成像检测结果、治疗满意度。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PL光成像检测结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 黄褐斑治疗中采用光电治疗效果好,可以提高治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of photoelectricity treatment on melasma. Methods Fifty patients with melasma treated in Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases each by dice method. Routine therapy was used in the control group, and photoelectricity therapy was added to the routine therapy. The therapeutic efficacy, PL imaging test and therapeutic satisfaction of both groups were investigated. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The results of PL imaging in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Photoelectricity therapy is effective in treating melasma, and it can improve therapeutic effect.
