百令胶囊治疗尿毒症肺病的疗效观察

[Abstract]Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bailing capsule on uremia and pulmonary disease. Methods This research study phase between January 2017 and January 2019, at this time select among our receiving the existence of uremic lung disease patients as the research object, a total of 60 patients, according to its treatment were divided into control group and research group, control group treatment for regular hemodialysis treatment, the team on the basis of regular hemodialysis treatment using the capsule treatment, analysis of the results of this study, two groups of patients with therapeutic effect, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, and patients with various lung function index (FEV1, FEV1/FVC) as a reference index. Results (1)The treatment efficiency of the control group was 80%, the treatment efficiency of the study group was 96.67%, and the treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group. (2)The levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the control group were (9.18±1.20) mmol/L and (242.46±27.20) mol/L, and the levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the study group were (8.40±0.87) mmol/L and (194.23±30.17) mol/L. (3)FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the control group were (1.62±0.31) L and (49.12±8.68) % respectively, and FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the research group were (2.48±0.29) L and (63.25±8.70) % respectively. The above items were analyzed by statistical software, P<0.05. Conclusion Uremia and pulmonary disease is a very serious disease. The treatment of uremia and pulmonary disease can be treated with bailing capsule on the basis of conventional treatment, which has a significant therapeutic effect and can promote the improvement of renal function status and lung function index level of patients. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
尿毒症发生原因为慢性进行性肾功能损伤所引起的，肾脏无法维持其基本功能，出现代谢方面的紊乱，机体内分泌失调，还会影响到其他脏器功能。机体肺部是最容易受到尿毒症影响的脏器。肺脏受到的损伤大都是尿毒症直接造成，也可以通过另一脏器影响，对肺部造成严重创伤，而且肺部损伤大都在尿毒症晚期阶段发生[1]，说明患者病情已经十分严重，需要采取及时、有效的治疗措施。但是引起尿毒症肺病的机制比较复杂，单一采取相应的尿毒症和肺病治疗效果不够理想。百令胶囊在肺病、肾病的应用中均取得一定效果，本研究在以往基础上分析百令胶囊在尿毒症肺病中的应用效果，具体内容如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料：本研究研究阶段选择2017年1月至2019年1月，在这个时间段当中选择我院接收的存在尿毒症肺病的患者作为研究对象，共有60例，根据其治疗方法分为对照组和研究组。对照组：男性病例有20例、女性病例有10例，年龄分布区间为38~65岁，年龄均值为（42.1±3.7）岁，患尿毒症时长为1~4年，平均时长为（1.3±0.6）年；研究组：男性病例有19例、女性病例有11例，年龄分布区间为36~65岁，年龄均值为（43.5±3.5）岁，患尿毒症时长为1~4年，平均时长为（1.6±0.4）年。将两组基线资料进行比较，P>0.05。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 对照组：血液透析，血液透析治疗选择4008 s血透机进行，选择的透析液为碳酸氢盐，每次透析时长为3 h和4 h，透析血流量控制在220~250 mL/min，选择肝素进行抗凝，可以结合患者具体情况适当应用铁剂和促红细胞生成素进行配合治疗；针对患者存在的肺病进行常规抗感染、化痰治疗。
1.2.2 研究组：血液透析+百令胶囊。其中血液透析方式同对照组一致，百令胶囊（产自杭州中美华东制药有限公司，国药准字为Z10910036）用药方式如下：每次服用4粒，每天服用3次，坚持8周治疗。
1.3 观察指标[2]：本次研究进行结果分析选择两组患者治疗效果、尿素氮、血肌酐以及患者各项肺功能指标（FEV1、FEV1/FVC）作为参考指标。其中治疗效果评估内容如下：患者临床症状得到改善，且肾功能和肺功能改善程度达50%，为显效；患者临床症状部分改善，其肾功能和肺功能指标得到明显改善，为有效；患者临床症状没有任何改善，其肾功能和肺功能指标没有任何变化，为无效。
1.4 统计学方法：本研究对本次数据进行SPSS19.0统计学软件分析，%表示计数数据，进行χ2检验；（ ）表示计量数据，进行t检验。P<0.05时，组间数据差异具有统计学意义。
