前列腺感染病原菌培养及药敏结果的分析

【摘要】  【摘要】目的 了解该院前列腺炎患者感染病原菌及其耐药性,为临床诊疗提供可靠的实验室依据。方法 统计分析2017年1月至2018年8月该院泌尿外科门诊患者的前列腺液细菌培养及药敏结果。

[Abstract]Objective To understand the pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance in patients with prostatitis, and to provide reliable laboratory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of prostatic fluid in urology outpatient patients from January 2017 to August 2018 were statistically analyzed. Results 84 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 319 samples from January 2017 to August 2018. Among them. The detection rate was 26.3%. The number of isolations in the top 6 are: 34 strains of hemolytic Staphylococcus(40.5%), 18 strains of fecal enterococcus(21.4%), 6 strains of lactococci(7.1%), and 6 strains of E. coli.(7.1%), 4 strains of polyenterobacter(4.8%), and golden yellow Staphylococcus 3 strains(3.6%). 63 strains of gram-positive cocci accounted for 75.0% of the detection rate; 20 Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 23.8% of the detection rate; Yeast fungus 1 plant, accounting for 1.2% of the detection rate. Conclusion The drug resistance of the pathogen of prostate infection is increasing day by day, and the number of drug-resistant strains is increasing.

前列腺炎是我国男性最高发的慢性疾病。缺乏运动和熬夜加班等不良工作习惯导致前列腺腺管阻塞,增加了前列腺炎的发生率[1]。办公室上班族、男性教师、司机等职业为主要好发人群。前列腺炎能够引起男性患者的性生活能力降低,从而影响其生活质量[2]。由于目前临床滥用抗菌药物和经验用药,细菌耐药性的产生越来越泛滥,应针对性地为患者实施抗生素治疗,以提高治疗效果[3-4]。因此,正确选取敏感抗生素是治疗前列腺炎的关键因素之一[5]。现将该院2017年1月至2018年8月前列腺液培养标本中分离出的319株病原菌对抗生素的耐药情况进行统计分析,为临床诊疗提供依据。总结如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:2017年1月至2018年8月该院泌尿外科门诊患者的前列腺液标本319例,培养分离出病原菌84株。 1.2 检查方法:无菌采集标本,仪器及配套鉴定药敏试卡均来自生物梅里埃公司。 1.3 质控菌株:大肠埃希菌ATCC25922,金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923,由卫生部药品和生物制品检定所提供。
