下鼻甲肥大是慢性肥厚性鼻炎的一种常见体征，临床症状主要表现为持续性鼻塞，对血管收缩剂无反应，需要手术治疗。南华大学附属第二医院耳鼻咽喉科自2007年应用下鼻甲等离子射频消融联合骨折外移术治疗下鼻甲肥厚者105例，并同时行下鼻甲部分切除者83例，共186例，随访6个月以上，疗效满意，现报道如下。

【摘要】 目的 比较鼻内镜下鼻甲等离子射频消融联合骨折外移术和部分切除术治疗下鼻甲肥大的疗效及术后并发症。方法 回顾性分析南华大学附属第二医院下鼻甲肥大患者186 例，随机分为两组，实验组（n=105）采用等离子低温射频消融下鼻甲，对照组81例行下鼻甲部分切除术。术前及术后6个月均应用VAS评分标准评价患者鼻塞的主观感觉，并观察术后鼻黏膜修复情况及鼻腔干燥、出血、粘连等并发症。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the curative effect and complications between radiofrequency ablation with lateral fracture and partial turbinectomy for the treatment of inferior turbinate, evaluating the clinical value of radiofrequency ablation with lateral fracture. Methods The clinical data of 186 patients whose mucosa and sclerotic of inferior turbinate hypertrophy were chosen. Of all 186 cases, 105 were treated by radiofrequency tissue ablation with lateral fracture, and 81 by partial turbinectomy. All the patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively.
